Matilda Almelöv is a lawyer and IP Legal Counsel at Acapo Onsagers. She has broad experience in intellectual property and marketing law, with an emphasis on trademarks. She takes a pragmatic, business-oriented approach and works with clients across multiple industries, from startups to market-leading companies. She advises on IP strategy and securing and management of rights, and drafts and negotiates IP-related agreements. She regularly represents clients in matters before the EUIPO and the Swedish Patent and Registration Office, as well as before Swedish courts.
Matilda’s background includes experience at another law firm, the Patent and Market Court in Sweden, and the Government Offices of Sweden.
Matilda joined Acapo Onsagers in 2025 and is based in Sweden.
