John Nilsen

John is an experienced lawyer and IP advisor with extensive expertise in intellectual property law. He has comprehensive experience in securing and enforcing intellectual property rights, including dispute resolution, infringement cases, marketing issues, IP strategy, application processes, and litigation.

In his work, John assists both national and international clients with advice, negotiations, and dispute resolution in intellectual property law. He has significant experience working in English and has assisted in both negotiations and mediations where English was the working language.

John also has solid expertise in IT law and privacy, where he advises and assists with dispute resolution related to, among other things, IT contracts. He has previously collaborated with large corporations and companies, both nationally and internationally, in connection with drafting, advising, negotiating, and dispute resolution in IT contracts, procurement, and privacy.

Through his work, John has gained particular experience in industries such as technology, entertainment, media, sports, cosmetics, and fashion. He has extensive commercial understanding and the ability to identify and meet clients’ needs, with a focus on both details and long-term perspectives.
