Head of digital workflows
Joakim is head of digital workflows at Acapo Onsagers. In this role, he works with the development, improvement and implementation of digital work processes and system support, with the goal of ensuring efficient and good workflows in the organization.
Prior to taking on the project manager role in 2025, Joakim worked with IP administration and follow-up of clients, agents and authorities in Norway and internationally. He has extensive experience with administration and maintenance of intellectual property rights, including follow-up of deadlines, annual fees and documentation.
The combination of operational experience from IP management and in-depth knowledge of internal work processes gives him a solid foundation for his work with digitalization, system support and process improvement.
