Håvard Larsen Rykkje is a european patent attorney with EQE and former Examiner at NIPO (Norwegian Industrial Property Office). He has eight years’ domestic and international experience in patent law practice, and today specializes in technical patent drafting and prosecution. He has particular experience in mechanical engineering, especially in offshore energy exploration and extraction.
