Gabriella Nyström Gustavsson

Gabriella is a lawyer and works as IP Legal Counsel at Onsagers. She is specialized in intellectual property rights and has broad experience from working with a wide range of matters and industries, both with domestic and international companies. She is mainly focused on trademark related issues, but is also experienced in working with copyright and marketing related questions.

Gabriella has experience from working with different types of processes before the EUIPO, the Swedish Patent and registration office and trials before the Patent and market court in Sweden. In addition hereto, she advises in work related to IP strategies and the negotiation of different types of IP agreements.
