Anne Mari Nordbø is the CEO of Acapo Onsagers and has the overall responsibility for the company's strategy, management and further development. With a clear ambition to build the Nordic region's leading IP environment, she works to strengthen the company's position through sustainable growth, professional development and close collaboration across the Group. She works closely with the main owner Longship to create long-term value through professionalization, scalability and continuous improvement.
She is concerned with building a performance culture characterized by trust, cooperation and clear expectations. At the same time, she has a strong focus on commercial development, customer orientation and value creation, and works purposefully to develop services and solutions that strengthen customers' competitiveness. Change management and organizational development are central to her work, with a structured, inclusive and future-oriented approach.
Anne Mari has a background as CFO and broad experience in strategy, finance, M&A and organizational development. She combines strong business understanding with a clear belief that lasting results are created through people, culture and open communication.
