The Chairman of the Board, Bernt Østhus, announced on Monday, November 24, that Anne Mari Nordbø has been appointed Interim CEO with immediate effect. She takes over responsibility from Morten Hatlem and will lead the organization through an important transition period.
Anne Mari Nordbø was hired as the new CFO of Acapo Onsagers in September. The Board expresses full confidence that she will ensure continuity and efficiency for further growth as CEO of the company going forward.
With extensive experience as CFO and CEO of Egmont, she brings solid leadership expertise and a strong commitment to the company's future strategy.
