Erik is a lawyer and assists our clients with legal advice within the field of intellectual property, emphasising on trademark and patent protection.

He got his law degree from the University of Uppsala. He has worked with intellectual property since 2013 and has broad experience with patent disputes and infringements, Freedom to Operate (FTO), license agreements, Due Diligence, trademark, patent and design protection.

Erik is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.

Erik is based in our office in Oslo.
